“This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.”

Most AI transformations do not fail because the underlying models are flawed. They fail because the humans expected to use them are anxious, undertrained, or resistant.

As a people manager, you are caught directly between executive pressure to increase operational efficiency and team anxiety surrounding job security and role obsolescence. Simply buying software licenses is not a strategy. True implementation requires intentional change leadership, empathetic communication, redesigned operating procedures, and clear governance.

AI Implementation & Change Management for People Managers is an exhaustive, 30-module blueprint designed specifically for non-technical team leaders, supervisors, and department heads. This course strips away technical jargon and focuses entirely on the managerial discipline required to transition knowledge workers into confident, AI-augmented contributors.

Across 30 comprehensive modules, you will explore the full operational lifecycle: assessing your team's baseline readiness, identifying low-risk quick wins, dismantling employee resistance, adapting classical frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter) to rapid software cycles, redefining job roles, establishing ethical verification protocols, and quantifying both hard ROI and team well-being.

Whether you lead an in-office, remote, or hybrid department, this course provides practical rubrics, templates, and frameworks to modernize your team while safeguarding psychological safety and workplace dignity.

Upon completion, you will earn a verifiable Certificate of Completion accredited by the Vidya Retreat Institute, validating your capability to lead technological shifts in modern organizations.
